Our Grading Philosophy:
We broadly divide our stones into 3 main categories: Champagne, Cinnamon and Cognac.
Champagne being our lightest shade (C1-C3)
Cinnamon our mid range of colours (C4-C5)
Cognac is our darkest shade of diamonds (C6-C7)
We do not provide traditional memo services, we do offer prepaid memo services where you may buy the stones you like and return the ones that did not work for you within the stipulated return period of 2 weeks.
We also have multiple images and videos of every single stone that are uploaded to our website to ensure our customers get the best and most true to form viewing experience.
This also helps our stores and independent designers to display our stones to their customers whilst they choose a design of their liking.
Working directly with jewellers for over 3 decades, we understand it may take some time to confirm the purchase of a stone, for this reason, we provide a service of holding a stone for upto 1 week. Where you do not have to purchase it but merely have to reach out to us and ask us to block it for a period of one week, after which you may decide to purchase it or not.
We are a B2B TRADE ONLY business model and if you are a store owner, designer, jeweller we would love for you to get in touch with us for our trade pricing!
Why are we Trade Only?
We like to work with designers, store owners and businesses only, we do not sell direct to the consumer as that would not be fair to our customers who work hard to create beautiful and innovative jewellery designs with the diamonds we sell to them.
How much is the shipping charge?
We offer free shipping to EU, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand!
We also ship worldwide, so please contact us for more information on that.
Frequency of shipments?
We have shipments going out once a week.
Can I return the stones I bought for a refund?
Yes we do accept refunds within 2 weeks from the date your order was shipped.
The return shipping cost must be borne by you. The stone must be in it’s original condition and you will receive a full refund for the same.
How to return the stones?
We have local offices in the UK, Italy, Germany, Chicago and Melbourne. You may return the stone to the location nearest to you at your own expense.
You should consider using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. If we don’t receive the item due to it being lost on the way we will not be able to process the refund.
